About Us:
The decision was made in 2017 for the family to buy an apartment in Kehidakustány, where everyone can relax and recharge together. There have long been strong personal and family ties to Zala County – for the family this region is a symbol of tranquility and closeness to nature.
The apartment was originally intended for family use, but it was soon decided to share this special place with others as well. The aim is for guests to experience the same peace, the beauty of the Zala landscape and the sense of renewal that the family feels every time they come here.
- The apartment is seen as a base, as it is located close to Hévíz, Keszthely, Zalaegerszeg, Zalaszántó, Zalakaros, Sümeg and, of course, Lake Balaton.
- There are countless hiking trails that are easy to walk and complete for both seniors and children.
It is considered IMPORTANT that the family hikes, bathes and spends quality time together.
The first season at Szaffária Apartment opened in mid‑2017.
The accommodation comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. A cozy double bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room ensure a restful night’s sleep. Bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are always prepared in advance and ready for guests on arrival.
The living room features a smart TV with more than 100 channels, guaranteeing plenty of entertainment. Heating can be controlled with a separate thermostat, so the temperature can always be adjusted to individual preferences.
The kitchen is fully equipped: pots and pans, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster are available. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a small balcony. Two free parking spaces belong to the apartment. Wi-Fi and internet are not available, as the focus in the apartment is on paying attention to one another. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment; smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, and no additional fee is charged for maintaining a pleasant temperature.
The thermal bath is located just 500 meters from the apartment, inviting guests to enjoy a pleasant walk. Taking into account the comfort of both the youngest and the elderly, arriving by car is recommended. The exceptional quality of the thermal water guarantees a deeply relaxing bathing experience, followed by a pleasant feeling of tiredness. For this reason, walking is not necessarily ideal for both age groups in this case. If desired, tickets for the bath can gladly be provided for guests.
