House Rules

Welcome to Szaffária Apartment!

To ensure that your stay with us is pleasant and your rest is undisturbed, please familiarize yourself with our house rules.

By staying at our accommodation, you acknowledge and accept these house rules, undertake to comply with them, and assume responsibility for any damages caused by failure to comply with them.

Compliance with the house rules is mandatory for all persons staying in the apartment; any violation of the house rules will result in immediate eviction.

Check-in / Check-out:

The accommodation is available from 12:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. For an additional fee, it is possible to check in earlier or check out later on the day of departure. However, prior arrangement is required in both cases. Upon check-in, guests are required to present valid identification so that the accommodation provider can fulfill the mandatory reporting requirements to VIZA and NTAK. If you decide to cut short your stay, we are unable to refund the payment.

Upon departure, please return all keys received in full! In the event of lost keys, we will charge 15,000 HUF for lock replacement.

Payment:

Payment for accommodation and the tourist tax is due upon arrival or departure. The following payment methods are accepted at the accommodation: (e.g., cash, bank transfer, advance payment). We will issue the invoice no later than the day of your departure, addressed to the name, address, and tax ID number provided in advance.

Use of Rooms and Furnishings:

Please use the furnishings for their intended purpose! It is prohibited to remove any room furnishings or equipment—including, for example, towels, blankets, bedding, etc.—from the property! We will inspect the apartments upon arrival and departure. In the event of any damage, we will settle the costs with the guest on-site. If you notice any malfunction, please notify us immediately using the contact information provided below. Unfortunately, we cannot accept complaints made after the fact.

Meals:

The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare simple meals. Please do not place any metal objects in the microwave. Please do not put loose tea leaves in the kettle.

Cleaning / Waste Disposal:

Guests will find the apartment clean upon arrival; we do not provide cleaning services during your stay. Upon departure, you must leave the accommodation in the same condition as it was upon your arrival—tidy and undamaged. Household trash should be placed in the designated trash bins. Please take out the trash daily and place it in the trash bin located next to the apartment, which is labeled "Sebesy Eszter" on top. Please do not leave trash in the hallways, behind doors, or in common areas. We provide replacement trash bags!

Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment!

Parkolás:

A vendégek részére a parkolás az erre kijelölt helyen ingyenes. (Az apartman teraszával szemben található)

Pets:

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Noise Policy:

To ensure the peace and quiet of our guests and neighbors, making loud noises, playing music, or listening to music is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The apartment is located in a condominium building, so we cannot be held responsible for any disturbances caused by neighbors.

Lost Items:

We can hold onto items left behind in the room for one month, and if the guest requests it, we will mail them to the provided address. The accommodation provider assumes no liability and cannot pay compensation for:

  • damage resulting from natural disasters, e.g., hailstorms, lightning strikes,
  • inconveniences or damage resulting from network failures or operational errors of utility providers!
  • Any accidents, personal injuries, or property damage.

The accommodation provider reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who behave in an unacceptable manner or fail to comply with the house rules, and to remove such guests from the premises immediately. The accommodation provider is entitled to verify, without prior notice, whether the number of guests staying at the accommodation matches the number that was previously registered and paid for. Our guests may receive visitors only with the owner's knowledge and consent.

Be sure to turn off the lights, electrical appliances (including the air conditioner), and turn off the faucets when leaving the accommodation. The accommodation provider offers a 24-hour phone hotline. If any issues arise regarding the apartment or room during your stay, please notify the accommodation provider immediately. We cannot accept complaints made after the fact.
